We’re starting 2023 strong with new mergers and acquisitions. And with that, we’re excited to announce a successful merger with PC Health Desk, a smart IT solutions company in Harrisdale, WA. This merger will open doors for businesses in the medical and dental industries and give them access to bigger and better IT solutions.
Why PC Health Desk?
PC Health Desk is an IT support company that offers a range of services comparable to Office Solutions IT. And like OSIT, they also specialise in customised services according to the client’s specific needs to help them reach their business goals.
The similarities don’t end there!
PC Health Desk also puts its clients first, and they implement the right solutions in the best way possible. Although they specialise in medical and dental business IT needs, they also provide IT support to other industries – from schools to small local businesses in the Perth area.
What does this mean for current PC Health Desk customers?
PC Health Desk merging with OSIT means a new range of IT services will be available to their current customers. These services include Managed and Essential IT support, IT consulting, cyber security, unified communications, cloud computing, and professional IT projects.
Although current PC Health Desk clients will be under the OSIT umbrella, they will still get their usual services without any changes to quality or pricing before the merger.
The owner of PC Health Desk, Nigel Onamade, recently joined OSIT as a Partner for the newest Sapphire Team along with Gina Tare, an IT Service Engineer in their previous team. They will be joined by two new team members, Paul Craven and Rachel Fitzgerald.
Nigel and his team will handle all current PC Health Desk clients so they can continue to have the quality IT support they know with the same people they trust.
The next phase
Office Solutions IT and PC Health Desk share a vision – to provide customised IT services to businesses that fit their specific needs and goals. This merger will provide better IT services to businesses in the medical and dental industry and make IT accessible for those looking for cost-effective solutions.
We believe this merger will reach more businesses that need IT they can smile about. And we are happy to fill that role for them anytime and anywhere.
